A Chinese corporation signed a framework agreement on waste technology disposal with Osh, the second-largest city in Kyrgyzstan, in central China's Changsha City on Monday.

They agree that Junxin Environmental Protection (Kyrgyzstan) Investment Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan Junxin Environmental Protection Co., will initially process 2,000 metric tons of waste daily.

雙方約定，湖南軍信環(huán)保股份有限公司的全資孫公司軍信環(huán)保（吉爾吉斯）投資有限公司實(shí)施項(xiàng)目初期,，該項(xiàng)目垃圾處理規(guī)模為2000噸/日,。

Junxin could scale up its project based on waste collected and handled by the Osh municipal government, including building a green power center, heating center, and computing power center, according to the agreement.

根據(jù)協(xié)議約定，軍信股份孫公司可根據(jù)奧什市政府收集和運(yùn)輸?shù)睦鴶?shù)量逐步擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目規(guī)模,，項(xiàng)目主要內(nèi)容包括綠電中心,、供熱中心和算力中心。

The computing power center will use green electricity and steam cooling to reduce energy consumption. The project will turn waste into resources,and provide green power, heat, and computing services, improving the local environment.

算力中心將借助綠色電力及蒸汽制冷等前沿技術(shù),，有效降低算力附屬設(shè)備的能耗,。項(xiàng)目建成后，不僅將實(shí)現(xiàn)垃圾“變廢為寶”,，還將為當(dāng)?shù)靥峁┚G色電力,、熱能以及算力服務(wù)，極大地改善當(dāng)?shù)厝司迎h(huán)境,。

Dai Daoguo, chairman of Hunan Junxin Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. said that in 2024, the company invested in a waste disposal and power generation project in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, which is expected to put into operation by the end of 2025.
