望城小伙回鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)種蘿卜 壇香剁椒蘿卜條銷往全國50多個城市
初冬時節(jié),正是蘿卜收獲季,。在長沙北城生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)有限公司,,工人們正在生產(chǎn)車間忙碌著,,有的選料、有的切條,、有的罐裝,,一壇壇剁椒蘿卜條散發(fā)著清香,正等待發(fā)貨,。
Early winter is the harvest season for radishes. At Changsha Beicheng Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd., workers are busy in the production workshop. Some are sorting materials, some are cutting radishes into strips, and others are engaged in canning. Jars of pickled radish strips with chopped peppers give off a delicate fragrance, awaiting shipment.“今年是我回鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)的第10個年頭,,2014年,我辭去銀行的工作,,回來承包了50多畝土地種蘿卜,,開始了我的創(chuàng)業(yè)路。”北城生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)有限公司負責人李鑫剛說,,為了做好蘿卜產(chǎn)業(yè),,他不但自學蘿卜種植技術(shù),還虛心向本地名廚請教,,并到全國多地的蘿卜種植大戶學習蘿卜種植和蘿卜加工經(jīng)驗,。通過不斷努力,公司去年產(chǎn)值達700多萬元,,今年有望突破1000萬元,。他的系列蘿卜條產(chǎn)品搭上了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)快車銷到了全國50多個大小城市,銷售對象主要是遍布全國各地的湘菜店,。
“This year marks the 10th year of my entrepreneurship back in my hometown. In 2014, I quit my job at the bank and returned to contract over 50 mu of land for radish cultivation, thus kicking off my entrepreneurial journey,” said Li Xingang, the person in charge of Beicheng Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. To develop the radish business well, he not only taught himself radish-planting techniques but also consulted local renowned chefs with an open mind. Moreover, he visited large radish growers in many parts of the country to learn their experience in both radish cultivation and processing. Thanks to continuous efforts, the company's output value exceeded 7 million yuan last year and is expected to top 10 million yuan this year. His series of radish strip products have hitched a ride on the Internet express and been sold to more than 50 cities across the country, mainly to Hunan cuisine restaurants scattered all over the nation.
