In early winter in Changsha, the season is like a palette, painting the mountains in a riot of colors.

開(kāi)福區(qū)沙坪街道，沿x307車(chē)道向北行駛,，穿過(guò)一片五彩的樹(shù)林,，湘繡之鄉(xiāng)深處，歡快的非洲鼓點(diǎn)聲不時(shí)響起,。

In Shaping Street, Kaifu District, as you drive north along the X307 road and pass through a colorful forest, in the depths of the hometown of Hunan embroidery, there is a park where you can hear the cheerful beats of African drums from time to time.

“到家啦,！”11月20日，一個(gè)黑人小伙熟練地來(lái)到這里,，和周?chē)拇迕翊蚱鹆苏泻簟?/p>

"Here we are!" On November 20th, a young African arrived here with ease and greeted the villagers around him.

這里是全國(guó)首家以非洲風(fēng)情為特色的農(nóng)莊——河村非洲文化園,，也是烏干達(dá)小伙維克多在長(zhǎng)沙的家。

This is the HeCunAfrican Cultural Park, the first farm in the country featuring African customs. It is also the home of Victor, a young man from Uganda, in Changsha.

萬(wàn)里之外的烏干達(dá),，長(zhǎng)沙伢子王森波說(shuō)起創(chuàng)辦文化園的趣事時(shí)仍不免感嘆：“2017年剛創(chuàng)辦文化園,，周?chē)迕駥?duì)這些黑皮膚的外國(guó)人感到稀奇和害怕?！?年過(guò)去,，如今村民們?cè)缫严矚g上了這些非洲面孔。

In Uganda, thousands of miles away from China, Wang Senbo, a native of Changsha, still couldn't help sighing when talking about the interesting stories of founding the park: "When the park was founded in 2017, the local villagers were not accustomed to seeing people from Africa." Seven years later, the villagers have now grown fond of these African people.

相隔萬(wàn)里,，緣起千年,。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，長(zhǎng)沙與非洲城交流,、心相通,，在經(jīng)貿(mào)、人文等領(lǐng)域“雙向奔赴”,，共同描繪“中非命運(yùn)共同體”的美好前景,。

Although thousands of miles apart, Changsha and Africa have been bonded for centuries. For a long time, Changsha and African cities have been communicating with each other wholeheartedly and making progress together in the fields of economy, trade, and culture, jointly painting a bright future for the China-Africa Community with a Shared Future.

非洲故事長(zhǎng)沙“安家”

African Stories "Taking Root" in Changsha

栩栩如生的動(dòng)物雕塑、古老神秘的壁畫(huà),、熱情奔放的舞蹈……河村非洲文化園仿佛一扇任意門(mén),，踏進(jìn)園區(qū)，便從活力喧囂的長(zhǎng)沙“穿越”到充滿遐想的非洲,。

Lifelike animal sculptures, ancient and mysterious murals, passionate and lively dances... The HeCun African Cultural Park is like a magic door. Once you step into the park, it seems that you "travel" from the vibrant and bustling Changsha to the imaginative Africa.

2005年,，王森波前赴非洲開(kāi)拓事業(yè)，十余年的非洲情緣讓他對(duì)這片神秘的大陸有始終割舍不下的情感,。

In 2005, Wang Senbo went to Africa to expand his career. More than ten years of his emotional bond with Africa made him always have an inseparable affection for this mysterious continent.

為了讓家鄉(xiāng)人民足不出戶就能感受到原汁原味的非洲風(fēng)情,，也為了讓兩地有更深的相互了解，2017年,，王森波創(chuàng)辦非洲園,。2018年7月開(kāi)園以來(lái),，已先后有來(lái)自烏干達(dá)、埃塞俄比亞,、肯尼亞等國(guó)家的50余名藝術(shù)家來(lái)到文化園,。

In order to enable the people in his hometown to experience the authentic African customs without leaving Changsha and to deepen the mutual understanding between the two places, Wang Senbo founded the park in 2017. Since its opening in July 2018, more than 50 artists from countries such as Uganda, Ethiopia, and Kenya have come to the park one after another.

漫步園區(qū)，除了能看到酋長(zhǎng)宮民宿,、火烈鳥(niǎo)露營(yíng)基地,、曼德拉球場(chǎng)、中非友誼館,、非洲雕塑園等滿是非洲氣息的場(chǎng)館,，你還能看到非洲藝術(shù)家留下的各類(lèi)作品，或是酋長(zhǎng)椅,，或是“非式”茅草屋,，或是充滿非洲特色的雕塑和油畫(huà)，仿佛置身非洲藝術(shù)展覽,。

Walking in the park, apart from venues full of African flavor like the Chief's Palace Homestay, the Flamingo Camping Base, the Mandela Stadium, the China-Africa Friendship Hall, and the African Sculpture Garden, you can also see various works created by African artists, such as chief chairs, "African-style" thatched cottages, or sculptures and oil paintings with strong African characteristics, as if you were in an African art exhibition.

“他們各有各的絕活,。”王森波說(shuō)起來(lái)非洲藝術(shù)家的拿手本事時(shí)滔滔不絕,，“湯姆是木藝高手,；邁克和弗朗西斯擅長(zhǎng)鐵藝；維克多的中文歌唱得非常好,，他是烏干達(dá)中文歌唱比賽的第一名,！”

"They each have their own unique skills," Wang Senbo said enthusiastically when talking about the specialties of African artists. "Tom is a master of wood art; Mike and Francis are proficient in iron art; Victor sings Chinese songs very well. He won the first prize in the Chinese Singing Competition in Uganda!"

“甜蜜蜜，你笑得甜蜜蜜,，好像花兒開(kāi)在春風(fēng)里……”冬日暖陽(yáng)里,，一場(chǎng)熱鬧又歡快的歌舞表演正在上演，維克多帶著游客一同唱響中文歌曲,，“沒(méi)想到黑人小哥哥的中文歌曲,，能唱得這么字正腔圓！”游客不時(shí)發(fā)出贊嘆,。

"Honey sweet, your smile is honey sweet, like a flower blooming in the spring breeze..." Under the warm winter sun, a lively and joyful song and dance performance is in progress. Victor led the tourists to sing Chinese songs together. "I didn't expect that this young African could sing Chinese songs so clearly and accurately!" The tourists couldn't help exclaiming from time to time.

幾首中文歌結(jié)束,，維克多和另一位烏干達(dá)藝術(shù)家愛(ài)德華打起了非洲鼓，游客隨著熱情的鼓點(diǎn)聲紛紛起舞,，歌舞與鼓聲節(jié)奏交織,，黃皮膚和黑皮膚碰撞出友誼的火花。

After singing several Chinese songs, Victor and another Ugandan artist, Edward, start playing African drums. The tourists dance to the passionate drumbeats. The rhythms of the songs, dances, and drums intertwine, and the interaction between the two cultures sparks vivid energy.

惟以心相交,，方成其久遠(yuǎn),。半年時(shí)間，維克多早已和藝術(shù)園的同事及周邊村民處成了朋友,，“這里的人非常友好,，他們對(duì)我照顧有加,。”前不久回烏干達(dá)探親時(shí),，維克多一直和親友說(shuō)起這個(gè)長(zhǎng)沙的家,，“很慶幸第一次來(lái)中國(guó),，就來(lái)到一個(gè)有非洲元素的地方,，家人都說(shuō)，以后也要來(lái)長(zhǎng)沙,、來(lái)文化園看看,。”

Only through heartfelt connections can lasting bonds be formed. In half a year, Victor has already become friends with his colleagues in the park and the surrounding villagers. "The people here are very friendly, and they take good care of me." Not long ago, when he returned to Uganda to visit his relatives, Victor kept talking to his relatives and friends about his home in Changsha. "I'm so lucky that when I first came to China, I came to a place with African elements. My family said that they would also come to Changsha and visit the park."

維克多說(shuō),，他原本計(jì)劃在河村非洲文化園停留半年,，現(xiàn)在他已經(jīng)把這個(gè)時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)到了一年，“這里是一個(gè)很像家的地方,?！彼南敕ǎ臀幕瘓@水庫(kù)邊堤岸上用石頭壘成的文字雕塑作品《They call it Afcica,，we call it home》(他們稱之為非洲,，我們稱之為家)不謀而合。

Victor said that he originally planned to stay at the park for half a year, but now he has extended this period to one year. "This is a place that feels just like home." His idea coincides with the stone sculpture on the embankment by the reservoir in the park, which is titled "They call it Africa, we call it home".

架起文化交融之橋

Building a Bridge for Cultural Integration

“這些畫(huà)不僅講述了非洲故事,，還能從中看到湖南元素,。”中非友誼館里,，河村非洲文化園執(zhí)行總經(jīng)理伍丹丹正給前來(lái)參觀的游客介紹非洲藝術(shù)家的作品,。

"These paintings not only tell African stories but also display elements of Hunan." In the China-Africa Friendship Hall, Wu Dandan, the executive general manager of the HeCun African Cultural Park, introduces the works of African artists to the visitors.

隨著非洲藝術(shù)家對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙、對(duì)中國(guó)的了解逐步加深,，他們?cè)趥鞑シ侵尬幕耐瑫r(shí),，也對(duì)中華文化、湖湘文化產(chǎn)生了興趣,?！拔覀冞@里之前有一幅雄獅頭部的特寫(xiě)畫(huà)，是非洲藝術(shù)家畫(huà)的,，畫(huà)里,，獅子的鬃毛被細(xì)細(xì)的筆觸一一描繪，這其中就有水墨畫(huà),、湘繡等表現(xiàn)形式,。”伍丹丹說(shuō),。

As African artists have gradually deepened their understanding of Changsha and China, while spreading African culture, they have also become interested in Chinese culture and Hunan culture. "We had a close-up painting of a lion's head here before. It was painted by an African artist. In the painting, the lion's mane was depicted stroke by stroke with fine brushstrokes, which incorporated the expression forms of Chinese ink painting and Hunan embroidery," Wu Dandan said.

2019年,，來(lái)自烏干達(dá)的舞蹈藝術(shù)家達(dá)琳在文化園學(xué)習(xí)了茶藝,，從茶器的準(zhǔn)備到泡茶的步驟，再到品茶,，整套流程她已信手拈來(lái),；而達(dá)芬則更喜歡湘繡，她曾前往湖南省沙坪湘繡博物館學(xué)習(xí),。

In 2019, Darlin, a dance artist from Uganda, learned the art of tea in the park. From preparing tea utensils to making tea and then to tasting tea, she has mastered the whole process with ease. And Daphine has a preference for Hunan embroidery. She once went to the Shaping Embroidery Museum of Hunan Province to study.

萬(wàn)里之外,，文化交融的果實(shí)也已瓜熟蒂落。結(jié)束在文化園的工作后,，烏干達(dá)藝術(shù)家布萊恩回國(guó)打造了一個(gè)藝術(shù)公園,，中國(guó)元素在這里隨處可見(jiàn)。

In distant Africa, the fruits of this fusion have ripened as well. After finishing his work in the park, artist Brian returned to Uganda and created an art park where Chinese elements are ubiquitous.

“非洲藝術(shù)家和湖南本土的藝術(shù)家在河村非洲文化園進(jìn)行交流,，他們把中國(guó)的文化藝術(shù)帶回非洲,，促進(jìn)湖湘文化與非洲文化的交融和彼此借鑒?！蓖跎ㄕf(shuō),，園區(qū)的建設(shè)初衷，就是為進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大和加深中非文化交流,，真正架起中非之間友誼,、文化的橋梁。

"African artists and local artists in Hunan communicate with each other in the park. They bring Chinese culture back to Africa, promoting the integration and mutual learning between Hunan culture and African culture," Wang Senbo said that the original intention of building the park was to further expand and deepen China-Africa cultural exchanges and truly build a bridge of friendship and culture between China and Africa.

譜寫(xiě)“非長(zhǎng)”友誼篇章

Composing the Chapter of "Changsha-Africa" Friendship

志合者,，不以山海為遠(yuǎn),。

約1200年前，“黑石號(hào)”搭載著銅官窯生產(chǎn)的瓷器遠(yuǎn)銷(xiāo)北非等地,，留下了長(zhǎng)沙與非洲往來(lái)的早期印記,。如今，長(zhǎng)沙已經(jīng)成為國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)非合作最為活躍的城市之一：

About 1,200 years ago, the "Batu Hitam" carried the porcelain produced by the Tongguan Kiln and exported it to North Africa and other places, leaving early imprints of exchanges between Changsha and Africa. Now, Changsha has become one of the most active cities in China in terms of cooperation with Africa:

1982年,，長(zhǎng)沙與剛果（布）首都布拉柴維爾結(jié)好,，成為中非第一對(duì)正式締約的友好城市；

In 1982, Changsha established a friendship with Brazzaville, the capital of the Republic of the Congo, becoming the first pair of officially bonded friendly cities between China and Africa.

2019年起,，兩年一屆的中非經(jīng)貿(mào)博覽會(huì)長(zhǎng)期落戶湖南長(zhǎng)沙,；

Since 2019, the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo (CAETE) has been held biennially in Changsha, Hunan Province, China.

2020年9月，湖南自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)揚(yáng)帆啟航,，在全國(guó)21個(gè)自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)中,，其是唯一定位為中非經(jīng)貿(mào)深度合作先行區(qū)的改革創(chuàng)新試驗(yàn)田，而踐行這一使命的核心區(qū)就是長(zhǎng)沙片區(qū);

In September 2020, the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone was launched. Among the 21 free trade zones across China, it is the only one designated as a pioneering experimental zone for deepening economic and trade cooperation between China and Africa. Moreover, the core area for fulfilling this mission is the Changsha area.

2023年,，長(zhǎng)沙對(duì)非進(jìn)出口額超200億元,；

In 2023, the volume of Changsha's imports and exports to Africa exceeded 20 billion yuan.

“非長(zhǎng)”之間，關(guān)于友誼的故事千千萬(wàn)萬(wàn)，而故事的主角,，正是人民,。

There are countless stories aboutfriendship between Changsha and Africa, and the protagonists of these stories are people.

“朋友一生一起走，那些日子不再有,，一句話一輩子,，一生情一杯酒……”河村非洲文化園內(nèi)，維克多在采訪結(jié)束時(shí)唱了一首意義非凡的《朋友》,。他說(shuō)：“這首歌正是我在中國(guó)最深切的感受,。”

"Friends accompany each other all our lives, those happy days will never return. A promise for a lifetime, a friend willing to toast to me... " At the end of the interview, Victor sang a meaningful song "Friends"in the HecunAfrican Cultural Park. "This song exactly reflects my deepest feeling in China, "he said.

此刻,，非洲與長(zhǎng)沙不再是地理意義上的遙遠(yuǎn),，而是心與心相通,、情與情相融的真實(shí)寫(xiě)照,。

At this moment, Africa and Changsha are no longer distant geographically. Instead, they represent a true portrayal of connected hearts and blended feelings.
