The China-Africa Rail-Sea Express Company, owned by the Zhuzhou Modern Logistics Group, recently established its logistics centers and overseas warehouses in Nigeria and Egypt. Zhuzhou has been striving to construct an Africa-oriented trade network based on production-logistics integration, to facilitate trade and business with Africa.

近日，株洲現(xiàn)代物流集團(tuán)旗下湘粵非公司尼日利亞物流中心及海外倉,、埃及物流中心及海外倉先后揭牌,。株洲市將著力打造產(chǎn)運(yùn)一體對(duì)非貿(mào)易網(wǎng)絡(luò)，為雙方經(jīng)貿(mào)往來提供便捷條件,。

The Hunan-Guangdong-Africa Rail-sea intermodal transport channel is China’s first rail-sea intermodal transportation route linking to Africa, and also one of Hunan’s five international logistics channels. The route starts from Zhuzhou as an assembly center, joined by Hengyang and Chenzhou as two sub-centers. The channel will transport imported and exported Hunan goods and goods from other provinces in the central and western regions of China to ports in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area by train. From there, these goods will be shipped to Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East.

湘粵非鐵海聯(lián)運(yùn)通道是全國首條以對(duì)接非洲為特色的鐵海聯(lián)運(yùn)通道,，也是湖南統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃建設(shè)的五大國際物流通道之一。該通道以株洲為主集結(jié)中心及始發(fā)站,，聯(lián)動(dòng)衡陽,、郴州兩個(gè)副集結(jié)中心，吸納湖南及中西部省份進(jìn)出口外貿(mào)貨物,，經(jīng)鐵路運(yùn)輸至粵港澳大灣區(qū)海港,，與海運(yùn)航線無縫銜接，聯(lián)通至非洲,、拉美,、中東等世界各地。

The China-Africa Rail-Sea Express Nigeria Logistics Center is located in the Lagos Free Zone of Nigeria. The center is scheduled to be put into operation in January2025. The exported goods from China will be transported through the Hunan-Guangdong-Africa Rail-sea intermodal transport channel to Lekki Port, Nigeria, and then transferred to the logistics center by a short-distance shuttle service, and unloaded and sorted into the bonded warehouse. Storage, simple processing, entrepot trade, and some value-added services are provided in accordance with client demands. The goods to be exported from Nigeria can be stored at the bonded warehouse of the logistics center in advance, to ensure stock control for Chinese importers.

The logistics center in Egypt is situated in Cairo. The warehouse of the center has multiple functions, including storage, transport, loading and unloading, distribution, and logistics information management of goods. As a central warehouse of the China-Africa Rail-Sea Express in Egypt, the logistics center will provide unified distribution service and deliver goods to Cairo and surrounding cities.
