An African delegation came to Hunan for visits and exchanges at the invitation of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) between October 19 and 21, 2024. The 28 delegates were trade union leaders from national trade union organizations in African countries, the Bureau for Workers' Activities of the International Labour Organization, and the Organization of African Unity.

10月19日至21日,，應(yīng)中華全國總工會邀請，非洲國家全國性工會組織以及國際勞工組織工人活動局,、非洲工會統(tǒng)一組織的28位工會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人組成代表團(tuán)來湘訪問交流。

Zhou Nong, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People's Congress and chairman of the Hunan Federation of Trade Unions, warmly welcomed the guests and introduced the status of friendly exchanges between Hunan and African trade union organizations.

省人大常委會副主任,、省總工會主席周農(nóng)對代表團(tuán)的到來表示熱烈歡迎,，并介紹了湘非工會組織友好交往和交流情況。

The delegation went to Shaoshan to visit the Mao Zedong Memorial Museum and the Former Residence of Mao Zedong. In Changsha, the delegates visited the Hunan Hybrid Rice Research Center and the Longping Rice Museum to learn about the history of the development of rice hybrids and the results of the latest research. The group immersed themselves in the lighthouse factory of the Sany Group to experience the charm of Hunan's advanced manufacturing industry. At the Changsha County Trade Union Changlong Station, participants learned about the initiatives of Hunan's trade union organizations to support workers in new forms of employment.

在湘訪問交流期間,，代表團(tuán)一行前往韶山參觀了毛澤東同志紀(jì)念館和故居,；在長沙參觀雜交水稻研究中心,、隆平水稻博物館，了解雜交水稻發(fā)展歷史和最新研究成果,，并在三一集團(tuán)“燈塔工廠”沉浸式體驗(yàn)湖南先進(jìn)制造業(yè)魅力,；在長沙縣工會驛站長龍站詳細(xì)了解湖南工會組織服務(wù)新就業(yè)形態(tài)勞動者的舉措。

With the growing cooperation between China and Africa, Hunan has undertaken two major assignments: hosting the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo and building the Pioneering Zone for In-depth China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation. The Hunan Federation of Trade Unions has responded positively to the Belt and Road Initiative. In recent years, the federation has continued to deepen friendly exchanges with African trade union organizations, continuously innovating forms of exchange and enriching the collaboration. The federation has strove to achieve greater results, contributing to the building of a closer, high-level China-Africa community with a shared future.

中非合作日益密切,，湖南被賦予舉辦中非經(jīng)貿(mào)博覽會和建設(shè)中非經(jīng)貿(mào)深度合作先行區(qū)兩項(xiàng)重大使命,。湖南省總工會積極響應(yīng)共建“一帶一路”倡議，近年來,，持續(xù)深化與非洲工會組織間的友好往來,，不斷創(chuàng)新交流形式、豐富合作內(nèi)容,，務(wù)求取得更大成效,，為構(gòu)建更加緊密的高水平中非命運(yùn)共同體作出應(yīng)有貢獻(xiàn)。

The African guests noted that Hunan and Africa have long shared a deep friendship. The delegation hoped to further develop friendly relations and strengthen cooperation with Hunan trade union organizations, so as to make new contributions to the China-Africa partnership and to their common development.

此次來湘訪問交流的非洲工會代表均表示,，湘非早已建立深厚友誼,，希望與湖南工會組織進(jìn)一步發(fā)展友好關(guān)系，加強(qiáng)合作,，為促進(jìn)中非合作,、共同發(fā)展作出新的貢獻(xiàn)。
