The unveiling ceremony of the Hunan Entrepreneurs Headquarters Base was recently held at the Daze Lake-Overseas Returnee Town in Wangcheng District, Changsha City. Among those attending were Sui Zhongcheng, member of the Standing Committee and director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee; Zhou Haibing, vice governor of Hunan Province, deputy secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, and mayor of Changsha City; and Zhang Jian, vice chairman of the CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee and chairman of the Hunan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce.

近日，湘商總部基地正式落戶長沙市望城區(qū)大澤湖海歸小鎮(zhèn)，省委常委,、省委統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部部長隋忠誠,，副省長,、長沙市委副書記,、市長周海兵，省政協(xié)副主席,、省工商聯(lián)主席張健出席活動,。

The Daze Lake-Overseas Returnee Town is part of Changsha’s efforts to build a global R&D center featuring “one town, one area, and three bases”. The town is one of Changsha’s top 10 major urban areas and China’s first officially established Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA) Overseas Returnees Town. The Hunan Entrepreneurs Headquarters Base will give full play to the advantages of coordinated platforms, functional integration, and resources sharing. The return of Hunan entrepreneurs-invested industries, capital, projects, talents, and headquarters will facilitate the construction of a Hunan entrepreneurs headquarters economic cluster, a Hunan entrepreneurs sci-tech innovation resource pool, an area for undertaking quality industries with investment by Hunan entrepreneurs, and a preferred location for returning global Hunan entrepreneurs.

The base will focus on the development of strategic emerging industries and modern service industries, vigorously promoting the settlement of Hunan entrepreneurs, especially the corporate headquarters, regional headquarters and functional headquarters of the Fortune Global 500 enterprises, top 500 Chinese enterprises, and top 500 Chinese private enterprises. Additionally, a number of technology-based enterprises and R&D institutions with strong R&D capabilities and great growth potential will be introduced to establish a number of high-end industries that are invested by Hunan entrepreneurs such as digital economy, biomedicine, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing. This will provide high-quality services for the majority of enterprises founded by Hunan entrepreneurs, chambers of commerce and associations in terms of market resources, policy support, and talent introduction. The aim is to build a comprehensive platform for global Hunan entrepreneurs that empowers services, facilitates resource sharing, and enhances cooperation and exchanges.?
