According to the Hunan Development and Reform Commission, Hunan has mapped out an array of key projects, reforms, and policies aimed at boosting the integrated development of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area. The key projects include a layout featuring "one pavilion, one greenway, one garden, one corridor, and four networks", which will drive the high-quality development of the area.

近日,，省發(fā)改委消息稱，根據(jù)長株潭一體化發(fā)展重點(diǎn)任務(wù)清單,，我省統(tǒng)籌謀劃實(shí)施一批重大項(xiàng)目、重大改革,、重大政策,，在重大項(xiàng)目部署中，按照打造“一座城”的要求,，建設(shè)“一廳一道一園一廊四張網(wǎng)”,，引領(lǐng)長株潭一體化高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

The "one pavilion" refers to the Huxiang Green Pavilion, a landmark building at the juncture of Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan cities.

“一廳”即湖湘綠廳,，在長株潭三市行政區(qū)劃的交界點(diǎn),，規(guī)劃建設(shè)標(biāo)志性構(gòu)筑物。

The "one greenway" refers to a 45-km circular ecological greenway. It will start from the boundary tablet at the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan (CZT) border, connecting the tourist resources in the CZT green core area.

“一道”即生態(tài)綠道,，以長株潭三界碑為原點(diǎn)建設(shè)約45公里的環(huán)形綠道,，將長株潭綠心地區(qū)旅游資源串聯(lián)起來。

The "one garden" refers to the Green Core National Botanical Garden, located in the CTZ Green Core Central Park.

“一園”即綠心國家植物園,，在規(guī)劃建設(shè)的長株潭綠心中央公園內(nèi),，創(chuàng)建長株潭綠心國家植物園。

The "one corridor" refers to the Xiangjiang Science & Technology Education Corridor. The corridor will be set up in the CZT integrated development zone, along both sides of the Xiang River. Universities and colleges, as well as R&D institutions and innovation alliances, will be located along this corridor.

“一廊”即湘江科教走廊,，沿湘江兩岸融城地帶,，規(guī)劃引導(dǎo)部分高校和學(xué)院，集聚一批新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)和創(chuàng)新聯(lián)合體,。

The "four networks" refer to an overground transport network, an underground drainage network, a cloud-based computing power network, and a social livelihood network.

“四張網(wǎng)”則分別是地上交通網(wǎng),、地下排水網(wǎng),、云上算力網(wǎng)、社會(huì)民生網(wǎng),。

The overground transport network will focus on accelerating the construction of a batch of transportation infrastructure projects, including the Changsha-Ganzhou High-Speed Railway, the extension of the Changsha Ring Expressway, and the intercity urban rail.

地上交通網(wǎng)方面,，加快推進(jìn)長贛高鐵、長沙繞城高速擴(kuò)容,、融城軌道等一批交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目建設(shè),。

The underground drainage network aims to build an absorbent and durable hydraulic metropolitan infrastructure for the cities. The cloud-based computing power network will facilitate improvement and upgrade of computing and transmission power, better supporting the development of future industries and and the construction of a smart city.

地下排水網(wǎng)方面，將打造海綿,、韌性城市,。云上算力網(wǎng)，對(duì)算力提質(zhì),，運(yùn)力升級(jí),，更好支撐未來產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和智慧城市建設(shè)。

The public livelihood network will aim to lower living costs and raise levels of education and medical care, promoting collaboration among schools and hospitals in the three cities.

社會(huì)民生網(wǎng)方面,，將凸顯“生活成本低,、教育醫(yī)療水平高”優(yōu)勢，重點(diǎn)推動(dòng)長株潭三城合作辦學(xué),、醫(yī)療聯(lián)動(dòng),。
