陳謹林是湖南大學土木工程專業(yè)博士。2016年，他和湖南大學的幾名老師,、同學聯(lián)合創(chuàng)立了創(chuàng)辦的湖南省瀟振工程科技有限公司，致力于永磁電渦流阻尼與結構減振技術的應用開發(fā),，是國家高新技術企業(yè),、長沙市“小巨人”企業(yè)。

Chen Jinlin, who holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Hunan University, founded Hunan Xiaozhen Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. with several teachers and schoolmates from Hunan University in 2016. The company is dedicated to the application and development of permanent magnet eddy current damping and structural vibration reduction technology. It is a national high-tech enterprise and one of the "little giant" enterprises in Changsha.

在陳謹林的帶領下,，公司將磁阻尼器試驗品變成產(chǎn)品,，完成磁阻尼技術對傳統(tǒng)油阻尼的技術革新，徹底解決傳統(tǒng)油阻尼器因漏油而失效的問題,，實現(xiàn)了中國減振技術從“跟跑”到“領跑”的飛躍,。產(chǎn)品目前已廣泛應用于土木工程、電力工程,、工程機械等眾多領域,。公司的永磁式電渦流抗震減振新技術已應用于全國超200個項目，以及馬來西亞和摩洛哥等國的多個大型工程之中,。

Under the leadership of Chen Jinlin, the company turned magnetic damper test samples into products, completing the technological innovation of magnetic damping technology over traditional oil damping, completely solving the problem of traditional oil dampers failing due to oil leakage, and achieving a leap in China's vibration reduction technology. These products have been widely used in many fields, such as civil engineering, power engineering and construction machinery. The company's new technology of permanent magnet eddy current seismic and vibration reduction has been applied to over 200 projects nationwide, as well as multiple large-scale projects in countries such as Malaysia and Morocco.
