On October 24, the 5th Changsha·China 1024 Programmer Festival opened, with numerous domestic and foreign technology leaders and over 1024 developers gathering in Changsha. As an innovation benchmark for IT technology and industrial development, this festival has involved eight cities in China to createa a technological extravaganza.

作為一個自帶年輕、技術(shù),、研發(fā)等屬性的群體，程序員的聚集,，反映著一個城市產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的活力與潛能,。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至2023年底,，長沙開發(fā)者注冊人數(shù)增長至47萬人,，聚集了湖南80%以上的軟件企業(yè)，湖南湘江新區(qū)作為全省互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的主陣地,，更是成為程序員這一技術(shù)研發(fā)“主力軍”創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的熱土,。

As a group characterized by youth, technology, and research and development, the concentration of programmers reflects the vitality and potential of a city's industrial development. Data shows that by the end of 2023, the number of registered developers in Changsha had grown to 470,000, accounting for over 80% of the software enterprises in Hunan. Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, as the main hub of the internet industry in the province, has become a hotbed for innovation and entrepreneurship among programmers, the "main force" in technology research and development.
