Hunan Province held a cultural tourism promotion event in the Dominican Republic on March 6, local time. Chen Luning, Chinese ambassador to the Dominican Republic, and Yuan Yueping, deputy director of the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, participated in the event.

With the theme of "Welcome to Charming Hunan," the event was hosted by the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism.

該活動(dòng)以“三湘四水 相約湖南”為主題,，由湖南省文化和旅游廳主辦,。

As one of Hunan's supporting activities for diplomatic visits, the event was composed of two parts: a cultural tourism promotion event and thematic exhibitions. At the cultural tourism promotion event, Yuan Yueping gave a briefing on the featured resources and brand images of Hunan's five cultural and tourism calling cards, injecting new impetus into cooperation between Hunan and the Dominican Republic.

The event featured performances including Hunan opera excerpts "The Moon Worship" and "Prelude to the Water Melody", along with erhu solos "The Little Back Basket", "Ten Farewells to the Red Army", and "Liuyang River". The audience was immersed in the charm of Chinese culture, the beauty of Hunan, and the mutual appreciation of diverse cultures.

The thematic exhibitions included a photography exhibition and an intangible cultural heritage exhibition. The photography exhibition featured 40 images showcasing Hunan's cultural and tourism landscapes, presenting the province's "five calling cards" from multidimensional perspectives—stunning natural scenery, red or revolutionary culture, urban leisure, historical heritage, and farming culture. The intangible cultural heritage exhibition highlighted five display areas dedicated to Hunan embroidery, Hunan tea, Hunan porcelain, Hunan opera, and creative products derived from the province's intangible cultural heritage. The exhibition displayed 19 representative intangible cultural heritage items and over 70 exquisite "Hunan-style" artworks. This exhibition aimed to promote traditional culture, to showcase Hunan's image, to build bridges of friendship, and to help Hunan's products go global.?

主題展覽包括圖片展和非遺展。圖片展展出了40幅湖南文旅風(fēng)光圖片,，以立體全面的視角展示湖南文旅奇秀山水,、經(jīng)典紅色、都市休閑,、歷史文化,、農(nóng)耕文化“五張名片”。非遺展通過(guò)搭建湘繡,、湘茶,、湘瓷、湘戲,、非遺文創(chuàng)五大展區(qū),，展出了19個(gè)非遺代表性項(xiàng)目、70多件（套）“湘字號(hào)”精品,，弘揚(yáng)了傳統(tǒng)文化,，展現(xiàn)了湖南形象，搭建了友誼橋梁,，推動(dòng)了湘品出海,。

The event was attended by representatives from travel agencies, tourism industry associations, and media outlets of the Dominican Republic, alongside officials from the General Office of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, the Foreign Affairs Office of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, the Hunan Commission for Comprehensively Deepening Reform of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, the Hunan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism. Also present were representatives from Hunan's cultural and tourism enterprises.
