Luo Zhoulu, originally from Shaoyang, Hunan, returned to Changsha from the United States in 2017. In 2022, he and his team began exploring new business directions based on big data technology, specifically targeting the field of academic paper plagiarism detection. In March of that year, they partnered with PaperOK, a leading company in the paper plagiarism detection industry, to found Hunan Mao Mao Chong Technology Co., Ltd., providing high-security and cost-effective data technology services to teachers and students.
