Food blogger “Aunt Kong” shares recipes for traditional Changsha dishes on video platforms from stir-fried pork with chili to stewed meat with mushrooms. As she cooks, she explains the recipe in Changsha dialect.

Aunt Kong and her son run four snack shops in Changsha, all of which attract a constant stream of customers by offering authentic flavors of the city.

When talking about why she started the food blog, Aunt Kong said she had hoped to encourage more young people to step into the kitchen and rediscover life's true meaning, and that she also wanted to help to preserve Changsha's traditional snacks and cultural heritage.
