來長外國游客一抵達黃花機場,，就能得到熱情的外語志愿服務(wù)！22日,，長沙雷鋒導(dǎo)游國際志愿服務(wù)站在黃花國際機場境外來賓綜合服務(wù)中心正式設(shè)立,，多名外語導(dǎo)游志愿者現(xiàn)場為入境游客提供幫助。

Foreign tourists can receive dedicated foreign-language volunteer services upon arrival at Changsha Huanghua International Airport! On April 22nd, the Changsha Lei Feng Tour Guide International Volunteer Service Station was officially established at the International Service Center for overseas guests at Huanghua International Airport. Many foreign-language tour guide volunteers provided free on-site assistance to inbound tourists.

22日,，從俄羅斯來長沙留學(xué)的Mariia,、Dasha與現(xiàn)場工作人員進行了熱情交流，Mariia笑著說：“長沙是一個很熱情的城市,，一抵達機場到達層,，就能看到顯眼的服務(wù)站。無論是機場餐飲,、熱水補給、洗手間等導(dǎo)航,，還是長沙旅游路線,、交通出行等指導(dǎo)，在這里都能免費得到,！”

On April 22nd, Mariia and Dasha, two Russian students studying in Changsha, had a warm conversation with the on-site staff. Mariia said with a smile, "Changsha is a very welcoming city. As soon as I arrived at the arrival hall of the airport, I could see the prominent service station. Whether it's navigation for airport dining, hot water, restrooms, or guidance on Changsha's tourist routes and transportation, I could get all of these for free here!"

自今年1月13日長沙黃花國際機場境外來賓綜合服務(wù)中心文旅窗口試運行以來,，入境抵達長沙航班旅客累計7萬人次，窗口咨詢量達3200人次，為來長的境外游客提供落地一站式,、多語種的文旅專業(yè)服務(wù),，收獲外籍游客多封感謝信和留言。

Since the cultural and tourism window of the International Service Center at Changsha Huanghua International Airport started its trial operation on January 13 this year, the cumulative number of inbound passengers arriving in Changsha has reached 70,000 person-times,with 3,200 consultations handled at the window. It has provided on-site one-stop and multilingual professional cultural and tourism services for overseas tourists coming to Changsha, and received many thank-you letters and messages from foreign tourists.
