Recently, the African skyline has been raised with the complete capping of the ultra-high complex project of New Alamein City in Egypt. As the core landmark of the project, the iconic tower becomes the tallest all-steel reinforced concrete residential building in Africa. More than 85% of the equipment used in the project's construction are supplied by Zoomlion, a Changsha-based enterprise.

阿拉曼新城位于埃及北部地中海沿岸,，距亞歷山大100公里,，是埃及政府“2030愿景”規(guī)劃中的重要戰(zhàn)略城市之一，未來(lái)將作為埃及的“夏都”,。阿拉曼新城超高綜合體項(xiàng)目是阿拉曼新城建設(shè)的起點(diǎn)與中心,，是中埃共建“一帶一路”的重點(diǎn)工程，工程包括設(shè)計(jì)和建造4棟超高層住宅樓和1棟標(biāo)志塔,，其中標(biāo)志塔建成后高度約300米,，將成為非洲最高的全鋼筋混凝土超高層住宅樓，并躋身全球最高的十棟住宅樓行列,。

New Alamein City is located on Egypt's Mediterranean northern coast, at a distance of 100 kilometers from Alexandria. It’s one of the important strategic cities in the Egypt's Vision 2030 plan, serving as Egypt's "Summer Capital" in the future. The project is marked as the start and center of the construction of New Alamein City, as well as the key project under the Belt and Road Initiative between China and Egypt. It includes 4 ultra-high residential buildings and 1 iconic tower. After its completion, the tower will reach approximately 300 meters high, becoming the highest all-steel reinforced concrete ultra-high residential building in Africa and one of the top ten highest residential buildings in the world.
