On October 17, a freight train carrying home appliances, automobiles, and mechanical equipment departed from the Changsha International Railway Port after going through customs clearance procedures at the Xingsha Customs Authority. The train is scheduled to arrive in Moscow in 15 days. In the first nine months, Changsha has handled 776 China-Europe freight train trips. The transported goods were valued at 15.134 billion CNY, up 40.1% year on year. Changsha's freight volume ranked 5th among the 60 cities that have launched China-Europe freight train services.

10月17日,，經(jīng)星沙海關(guān)監(jiān)管放行，一列滿載著家用電器,、汽車,、機(jī)械設(shè)備的中歐班列從長沙國際鐵路港發(fā)出，預(yù)計(jì)15天后抵達(dá)莫斯科,。今年前9個(gè)月,，中歐班列（長沙）進(jìn)出境發(fā)運(yùn)776列，進(jìn)出境貨值151.34億元,，同比增長40.1%，發(fā)運(yùn)量在全國60個(gè)中歐班列發(fā)行城市站點(diǎn)中排名第5,。

Changsha's China-Europe freight train service has experienced a steady increase in operational trains and routes and a diversified supplies of goods, said Zhou Yu, manager of Hunan Zhongnan International Land Port Co., Ltd. Currently, there are 14 regular routes, linking Hunan with nearly 30 countries and regions in Eurasia. Changsha stands at the national forefront for five consecutive years in the number of trips run by China-Europe freight trains.?

The customs authority has rolled out a series of measures to support the construction of a customs supervision workplace and an export distribution supervised warehouse at the Hunan Zhongnan Full Container Load (FCL) Center, aiming to improve customs clearance efficiency. The authority has opened the Heilongjiang Tongjiang Port Channel and worked with the Changsha logistics port system to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on customs clearance cooperation with Erenhot and Manzhouli ports, coordinating with border ports to provide 24-hour customs clearance and emergency services. Additionally, 24/7 appointment services are provided and the applications of equipment capable of non-intrusive inspection are expanded, ensuring fast customs clearance.

為提高班列貨物通關(guān)效率，海關(guān)推出系列惠企措施,，支持建設(shè)湖南中南集拼中心海關(guān)監(jiān)管作業(yè)場所和出口配送型監(jiān)管倉,；開辟黑龍江同江口岸通道，配合長沙市物流口岸系統(tǒng)與二連浩特,、滿洲里等口岸簽署《口岸通關(guān)合作備忘錄》,，協(xié)調(diào)邊境口岸提供24小時(shí)通關(guān)和應(yīng)急優(yōu)先服務(wù)；實(shí)行全天候“7*24”預(yù)約加班,，擴(kuò)大海關(guān)非侵入式機(jī)檢查驗(yàn)比例,，做到貨物即到、即查,、即放,。
